If the boxes are structurally flawed or the material GSM (grams per square meter) does not meet the agreed specifications due to our fault, we will remake the order with upgraded materials to ensure your products are perfectly protected.
We use reinforced 5-ply corrugated master cartons (K=K) to minimize risks. If severe damage occurs during transit: We will assist you with photos/videos from our pre-shipment inspection to claim compensation from the forwarder or insurance company. For severely damaged units, we will prioritize manufacturing free replacements to be sent with your next shipment.
If the received quantity is less than ordered, we will immediately arrange a supplementary production for the shortage, or add the missing pieces (plus extra spare parts) to your next order free of charge, based on your preference.
