What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 1,000 pcs, but we can also accommodate custom quantities if your order does not meet our standard MOQ.

Can I obtain samples?
Yes, existing samples are free of charge for your reference. Custom sample runs will incur sample production and printing cylinder mold charges.
How many colors can you print?
We can print 8-10 colors. Please provide the Pantone color number or artwork in PDF or AI format.
What is the production turnaround time?
Sampling typically takes 10 days. Standard mass production requires 7-12 days depending on the final order quantity.
