A5: Yes, our design team offers 2 rounds of free revisions based on your logo and requirements. We can also work with your provided design files (AI, PDF, PSD formats).

A6: We ensure secure packaging, but if damage occurs, please provide photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement of damaged parts within 7 days.
