What is your production capacity and standard lead time?
Our yearly production capacity reaches up to 200,000,000 pieces. The average production lead time is 10 to 15 days, which may vary depending on the order quantity.
How much is the sample fee, and how long does it take to prepare?
Custom samples require a fee of around 200 USD per design. If you need stock samples, we provide them free of charge. The preparation time for custom samples is generally 7 days.
What surface treatments can be applied to the boxes?
We offer a wide range of premium finishes including Film lamination, Varnishing, spot UV, Hot stamping, and Embossing, as well as PVC/PET plastic windows for visual product displays.
What are your payment terms and preferred artwork formats?
Our payment terms are T/T 30% in advance and T/T 70% before shipment. For custom box designs, we accept PDF and AI formats, with PDF format being the preferred choice.
